  13. Hi, I'm following :)

We have a couple of Christmas traditions. We build and decorate a gingerbread structure (House...train....this year it's a tree can't wait!) On Christmas Eve we make Reindeer food, add glitter and sprinkle it in the garden.

  26. Before the children got to old, the Christmas Eve tradition was to let them put the milk, cookie and carrot out for Santa. Then when they went to bed, we used to sprinkle flour on the floor from the fireplace to the side table that had the snacks on. Then would put large boots on and make footprints from and to the fireplace to make out Santa had visited and left prints in the 'snow' he brought with him. They did fall for it for a few years.

I still put out drink and a snack for Santa, and a carrot for Rudolph, although the last few years they've still been there in the morning - perhaps they've changed their route and are full up by the time they get to us?

me and my partner actually met on christmas eve so we celebrate our love! two years later we got engaged on christmas eve.

we usually go out for a meal (this year we are going to a local Indian restuarant) and have a couple of glasses of wine, we always involve our son in the celebration. when my partner proposed he got down on one knee with our son on my partners knee and asked if i would join the circle of the famiy.
